公民證書(shū)一份；

邀請(qǐng)人護(hù)照以及永居簽證各一份；(注2)

邀請(qǐng)人銀行存款證明一份；

邀請(qǐng)人近期工資單一份；

地產(chǎn)證/地產(chǎn)稅稅單一份；

邀請(qǐng)人財(cái)政年度個(gè)人所得稅繳稅記錄一份；(注3)

政府家庭財(cái)政補(bǔ)助/家庭年度收入情況一份；(注4)

公證書(shū)(證明邀請(qǐng)人以及被邀請(qǐng)人的關(guān)系)；(注5)

中國(guó)被邀請(qǐng)人需要提供的材料清單：

被邀請(qǐng)人銀行存款證明；(注6)

被邀請(qǐng)人房產(chǎn)證明；(如果有房產(chǎn)的話，另外房產(chǎn)不用估價(jià))

親屬關(guān)系公證書(shū)。(證明邀請(qǐng)人以及被邀請(qǐng)人的關(guān)系)

說(shuō)明：

A、注1：邀請(qǐng)信交公安局派出所申辦護(hù)照一份，交澳洲駐中國(guó)使領(lǐng)館辦簽證一份；邀請(qǐng)信可以去郵局購(gòu)買(mǎi)(STATUTORY DECLARATION)然后按照上面的格式填寫(xiě)，費(fèi)用是$2左右；

B、注2－注5：如果不需要就不用給，但是資料越齊全被拒簽的可能性就越小；

C, 注6：大約十萬(wàn)人民幣左右，越多越好，如果是澳洲邀請(qǐng)人承擔(dān)全部費(fèi)用的話那就不用辦理此項(xiàng)證明；

D, 所有澳洲邀請(qǐng)人提供的材料都需要經(jīng)過(guò)公證，公證人可以是地區(qū)法院的法官、藥房里的藥劑師、醫(yī)生、律師、會(huì)計(jì)師、警察，以及太平紳士等，辦理公證都是免費(fèi)的；

E, 不要把來(lái)澳洲照看自己的Grand Children作為來(lái)澳洲探親的理由，否則的話容易被拒簽，因?yàn)榘闹抻泻芏郈hild Care工作者，不需要從國(guó)外引進(jìn)高價(jià)保姆；

F, 超過(guò)六十歲的老年人來(lái)澳洲探親是需要體檢和購(gòu)買(mǎi)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的，超過(guò)三個(gè)月的也是一樣；

G, 國(guó)內(nèi)被邀請(qǐng)人在填寫(xiě)家庭成員表時(shí)，不要忘記填一些旁系親屬的信息，不要只是寫(xiě)直系的爸爸媽媽、哥哥姐姐，否則移民庭會(huì)發(fā)信，這樣耽誤時(shí)間；

We, Australian permanent resident and citizen, are happy to invite and sponsor our Mother - Ms. CITIZEN, Michelle to come to visit us and her grand children in Melbourne, Australia.

We will be fully responsible for all the expenses incurred during her stay in Australia such as accommodation, foods, air tickets, medical expenses and all other commonwealth financial commitments. We will guarantee that she will return back to China before her visa expires. We are pleased to pay a security bond, if required.
