這種情況, 也是可能拿到簽證的.我的經(jīng)驗如下(我的原件在公司寄給我的過程中丟了):

1. 要求公司律師把CERTIFIED COPY OF I797A 以及APPLICATION PACKAGE (包括I129,LABOR APPLICATION...)直接發(fā)傳真給使館.
2. 要求公司直接發(fā)傳真給使館解釋丟失原因.
3. 面試交材料是一定要讓收材料的人查傳真, 并把傳真和申請材料放到一起給VO.

我是08年1月在北京面試的, VO是亞裔LADY.她只問了幾個簡單問題, 沒有要更多材料:
Q: You are applying for H1B visa?
A: Yes.
Q: What is your position?                                            
A: I'm a Engineer. 
Q: Where is the original I797A?
A: It was lost in the mail when my company sent it to me through Fedex, the [1;35m    [m
fax package sent by my company lawyer include a certified copy of the I797A.
Q: Why did you come back?
A: Vist family for emergency.

千萬別把I797原件丟了, 很麻煩. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE.
