3.    Letter of Guarantee from the guarantor, who is a Japanese, one friend of my  BF
4.    Guarantor’s resident’s card
5.    Guarantor’s Bank Statement
6.    Guarantor’s tax payment form
7.    BF’s passport and Visa to enter Japan
8.    BF’s Certificate letter of Enrollment to ******* University
9.    BF's Certificate of Alien Registration
