Was answered by a lady, who nicely told me that my NC was cleared this June.

She told me that they are following FIFO sequence to handle cases. I know that is bullshit, so I told her newer cases got approved before older cases.
Finanlly she gave up arguing and did a favor for me: sending an email request on my behalf. In the meantime, she told me that the only thing I can do at the moment is "waiting".

My guess is that some of the PDs on I-140 have been ignored, because when she pulled out my case she has no clue of my PD. Instead she asked me my PD in person and then realized that my PD is current. I dont know how this could happen. I thought that everything should show up on her screen when she saw my case.
