近日，雅思考試主辦方英國文化教育協(xié)會宣布，為了滿足考生日益增長的考試需求，雅思筆試考試2019年新增8月31日和12月21日兩個考試日期，致辭雅思全年考試日期增至50個，考生即日起可在線報名。。據介紹，隨著考生人數的攀升，英國文化教育協(xié)會近年來不斷加大了在中國的運營投入力度，在考點拓展上逐漸從一二線城市向三四線城市延伸，目前中國內地的雅思考場數共93個，覆蓋42個城市。為了滿足考生的不同偏好，2018年雅思考試(IELTS)機考模式在廣州、北京、上海、重慶四個城市推出，與紙筆模式共存。
