A successful education is determined by several aspects, including available teaching resources, qualification of teachers, designed teaching context, and teching method. In general, I agree with the speaker's proposal that education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual need and interests of each students. It should be clear that for various levels of education, the assertion has different specified meanings. On the other hand, we should be aware that there are still some difficulties in making this strategies into realize.
Firstly, there are fundamental reasons for me to support the speaker's proposal. About three thousands years ago, the earlist Chinese educational expert, Kongfuzi, has recongnized that education should meet the individual needs and interests of each learner. Students are different in differents inteligent levels, in different personal characters, and with different interests. So how can we guide them with a the same style and the same method. It is in this point that our nowaday's education is somewhat failed. Some experts suggest that we should turn from "teacher-centered" teaching to "student-centered" teaching, and I strongly approve the suggestion. I will never forget one of my primary school teacher, who often talks with me individually. and he knew me so well that his lesson can always inspire my passion. He gave me a good begin in my studying life.
Secondly, in different grades of students, the assertion shows a different meanning. As a basic education, the primary school and middle school provide the general mordern science knowledge of our times, such as verble, math, music etc. So the current context of teaching has been carefully selected and designed and they should be learned by every students whatever his or her interest is to ensure him or her to get on well with the life fo mordern society. Of course, the teachers should consider the difference among students to give a peoper guide to every student. While high level education such as Univerity provide speciallized education. So not only its its teaching context but its teaching method should fully designed to meet every students' need.
Thirdly, the speciallized education maybe in cordinate with the speaker's idea, but it has factual difficult when it comes to realization, such as teaching resources and qulification fof teachers. Even in developed countries, it is difficult to provide enough qulified teachers to give individual guide for each students, so how about in developing countries? The classical teaching method or context is work there.
In sum, we agree with the speaker's claim. and agree with that it is the direction of our mmordern education. But we have problems in making it into realization.

其次,指出不同的教育層次有不同的目的,“有教無類”有不同的含義。小學(xué),中學(xué)等基礎(chǔ)教育的目的是提供對現(xiàn)代人類知識的基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容學(xué)習(xí),適合于開設(shè)精心設(shè)計的統(tǒng)一的課程,當(dāng)然,在教學(xué)方法上,應(yīng)該考慮到每個學(xué)生的不同特點,充分交流,進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)。大學(xué)高等教育的目的是,學(xué)校應(yīng)該根據(jù)學(xué)生的個人興趣開設(shè)多種類型的課程,或進(jìn)行單獨的引導(dǎo)。此外,一些特殊的職業(yè)教育,培訓(xùn)等,其學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容也是特定的;應(yīng)該從教學(xué)方法上針對不同的個體進(jìn)行特定的輔導(dǎo)。

最后,總之,我們贊成樓主的觀點,并贊同這種觀點代表了現(xiàn)代教育的發(fā)展方向,但是,在具體的實施上,我們?nèi)匀淮嬖趯嶋H的困難。
