如果你已經(jīng)交了140，不管有沒有批，都不能從其他身份轉(zhuǎn)成F1了，因?yàn)槟阋呀?jīng)顯示了你有移傾向。律師的原話：

“Yes, it will be difficult to change back to your F-1 status because you have immigrant intent by filing I-140.

Secondly you do not need F-1 status in order to study full time or part time. You can be on H-4 status under your spouse's H-1B, if you need to study full time. You can be under H-1B, if you are working part time under H-1B,and studying evening program.”

我理解不一定是evening program，只要你能somehow保留H1-B就行，比如work part-time，學(xué)校不在乎你是什么身份，只要合法。

另外，提醒一下，不少州H4只需付州內(nèi)學(xué)生學(xué)費(fèi)，比F-1便宜多了。有些有入學(xué)前一年必須就住在該州的要求�？梢源螂娫捄蚢dmission office問清楚。
