經(jīng)歷了漫長(zhǎng)的綠卡申請(qǐng)。波折起伏接連不斷。終于在今天很意外地收到welcome notice在信箱里。沒有久聞的email alert。終于可以不再每天搜索routine的這幾個(gè)網(wǎng)站了。

NSC 1st 140-NIW+485 2004, by lawyer. ＞１年　RFE 2005，afterRFE 7 months denied @2005

NSC 2nd 140-NIW DIY   Dec2005  RFE  April2006   approved July2006      waiting for vise bulletin to file 485, during waiting time. try Eb1a

NSC 3rd 140-Eb1a DIY  Sep 2006  RFE Feb 2007   denied after file RFE one week

TSC 4th 140-EB1a DIY e-file  Mar 2007     approved July 2007 no RFE　很幸運(yùn)的說這次在ＴＳＣ占了便宜。

NSC 2nd 485 based on 2nd 140-NIW filed in June 2007. before got Eb1a 140 approve. this made a big pain. at that time Eb1 and Eb2 both visa number available. but after Dec2007, EB2 backward. Didn't catch up the last train.

Then have to file relink 485 to Eb1a. this is big problem.

Have tried several different way to do relink. Mail the request letter last Dec. Call NSC many times to ask whether name check clear? whether 485 move on to EB1a. name check always pending. call after Feb memo been out. Call Senator office to ask help. The last one is the most helpful one. I have to say the senator office staff in my area has done great job. Since she know my case, kind of very complicate. she contact NSC directly, talking with the  officer, and follow up in one or two weeks. call back to me to tell the progress. Also meantime I called NSC to check which step my case been. Last time when she call me and tell me my case going back to officers' hand is last Wendesday. The approved notice that we received were issued last Thursday. Magically , this is my turn.
