Lucky August Fist day summary

1. TSC approved over 500.

2. All are good case (NC is clear)

3. It seem most files are on the (bocumant box) top.(July filler)

keep in mind:

0. there are 16,000 Visa numbers. Most of Chinese EB-2 whose PD is current will get GC in this lucky summer for sure. Just a time problem.

1. It was First day, does not mean anything.

2. USCIS can approve any case which PD is current.

3. They always do in easy way. Good case First. It is good for them, if NC clear goes first. Then approve those NC pending over 180 days.
