公司準備給我辦綠卡，而且所有花費都由公司出。但是要簽一個協(xié)議，要求綠卡拿到后必須在公司再干至少３０個月才能離開，否則就得把公司幫我辦綠卡的錢全還給公司。

我們組的頭兒今天幫我跟HR說能不能把這３０個月從交PERM申請那天算起。HR說（也不知他從哪兒聽來的）："there has been a change in immigration law so that now all Green Card recipients within a company must (a) be treated the same, and  (b) be treated in one of 2 particular ways. The 2 particular ways are:either the company pays the GC costs and gets a 30 month retention clause or the employee pays the GC costs and there is no retention."

請問真有這個說法嗎？有沒有移民局的官方說法��？組頭說管我們部門的VP其實挺好說話的，就是得找出出處證明HR的人是錯的。
